Reuben focuses on project management, pre-construction, statutory approvals and contracts administration, spanning property development, building and interior fit-out. He focuses on the planning and approvals work that sets a project up to run cleanly on site.

Kate leads Certia’s design function, from concept development through to final styling. With more than ten years in the industry she has worked on projects like Crown Plaza Surfers Paradise and delivers residential and commercial projects across New South Wales. Kate brings that studio’s detail-driven approach to Certia’s work.

Andrea leads marketing and client relationships at Certia. With a background in hotels and luxury travel, and experience across marketing, sales, events and finance, she understands how owners and operators think. She works alongside clients from the first conversation through to handover, keeping communication clear and every project focused on its commercial goals.
